Do you charge for delivery?

Over 10 packs of flooring are delivered free as standard to UK mainland addresses. Under 10 packs there will be a standard charge of £20.00 per delivery to UK mainland addresses.

Artificial grass will be charged a standard rate of £29.00 to U.K Mainland addresses .

There is always a surcharge for deliveries to UK Islands, remote areas and International Deliveries. Please contact us  for a quote stating the product you would like, quantity and full delivery address including postcode. 

When will my order arrive?

UK Mainland

Many products are delivered within 2 days as standard if ordered and paid for before 1pm this could be a next day delivery.

Product pages show lead times for all products. Every effort will be made to ensure that all items shown are in stock. We offer no guarantee of availability and this electronic publication does not constitute an offer for sale.Goods delivered normally arrive between 9am and 5.30pm, Monday to Saturday. You are able to supply your preferred delivery day via e-mail..We will then call you if we are unable to deliver on this date, and to arrange an alternate date that is convenient to you.

Deliveries are Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm. .

UK Islands and International Deliveries

Delivery lead times vary depending on the product and country being shipped to.

When should I book my fitters?

Please do not book a fitter until after your order has safely arrived.

Will the goods be brought indoors?

Our 3rd party delivery service is to kerbside only but this depends on the driver. The drivers are not obliged (often not insured) to bring your order into your home or business.

We strongly advise that you arrange for sufficient physical assistance (if needed) to accept the delivery and bring it into your premises.

Do you deliver outside the UK?

Yes, please contact us for a shipping quote.

Please note, we are currently unable to send liquids (e.g. cleaning solutions) overseas.

I live in a remote area, does that make a difference? 

Additional charges may be applied for delivery to non-mainland UK and remote areas including Scottish Islands, Isles of Scilly, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland.

If you require delivery to any of these areas please contact us for a quote before placing your order online.

Saturday AM Delivery Upgrade

Our Saturday delivery service is not a fast track service and usual lead times apply. Use this service if you are unable to be home during the week.

There is a surcharge of £20 (inc vat) - this is in addition to any standard delivery charge (if applicable).

Saturday deliveries are made before 1pm.

Please bare in mind that normal lead times still apply. For example, if the product you are interested in states next working day and you want to receive it THIS saturday, place your order before 1pm this Friday*. If you place your order AFTER 1pm this Friday and choose Saturday delivery, you won't receive it until the NEXT Saturday. 

As deliveries will be made on a van, it is assumed that the delivery address will be accessible by the van. If there is likely to be a problem, e.g. the road is subject to a vehicle weight or width limit, please inform us at the time of order. If a delivery is attempted, and you have not informed us, you may incur charges for re-delivery. In the event that you are not available to provide a signature on the pre-arranged date, you may be charged for re-delivery. If you live above the ground floor (i.e. in a flat) please inform us at the time of purchase.

We may use a third party delivery company, and as such the drivers may unfortunately be unable to move the goods inside for you. They are only able to deliver flooring products to the outside of your home.

The delivery time of day can only be estimated by us. We will not be held responsible for any failed delivery times quoted by any third parties.

The buyer must inspect all goods for damage before accepting delivery. We will accept no responsibility for goods damaged during transit if the customer has signed for them. In the event that a delivery arrives to you damaged in any way, it must be signed as "damaged" in order for us to send a replacement.

If the items are not signed as damaged, we will accept no liability for any damages. You as the buyer may also refuse to accept a damaged delivery. Please note, should a delivery be returned to us because the customer has refused to accept it, and there is no evidence of damage, it will be considered a "cancellation" and a credit note will be issued.

Should you wish to accept a damaged delivery, you must still sign for it as "damaged" with the delivery courier.

We advise that a customer does not book any fitting until the goods have been delivered and checked. We will not be held liable for any fitting costs resulting from late delivery or delivery of incorrect or damaged goods.

Please note: We only deliver to United Kingdom mainland, Northern Ireland and Ireland addresses. These delivery options relate to our Internet store only.
